Develop and drive overall affiliate marketing strategy.
Nurture existing affiliate/partnership relationships.
Engage existing affiliate base to drive incremental volume.
Identify and recruit new affiliates that are capable of driving additional volume.
Create learning and development roadmap that supports Go To Market priorities (stakeholder needs; company strategy; and identified pulse of the salesforce), aligning with global initiatives where applicable.
Create a competency model for field/inside sales forces, as well as other supporting roles.
Own development and execution of curriculum, certification strategy and content for inbound, outbound and tech sales resources.
Managing a portfolio of accounts.
Maintain customer satisfaction and retain customers.
Identify and close new revenue into assigned existing customer base.
Effectively solicit referrals from existing customers.
Prepare sales quotes, negotiate offers and manage post sale implementation to ensure client satisfaction.
Able to lead a virtual team on pre sales opportunities requiring expert judgment and initiative for transformation & consolidation projects.
Teaching, coaching and mentoring skills.
Can present technical concepts in authoritative and clear manner to customers through white boarding, presentations and proposals.
Pre Sales experience dealing with external customers.
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning.
